Hi folks,

I am looking for information where banks have not provided clear objective evidence on who has manually approved a mortgage signature. I.E the signature should be accompanied with a PRINTED name and date.

Is any signature on behalf of the bank acceptable (even though it is no legible)?

Is there a regulatory clause/requirement to ensure manual signatures can be verified by all parties involved in the mortgage process?

Signatures on preappeovals or approvals are printed and signed along with their title.
