Feb of 2019 I will have completed my 12th month of Chapter 13 repayment plan (no missed or late payments)

I have proof of rent pay for the last 2 years. I have had the same employment for 2+years.

I have no registered late payments on my transunion report within the last 24 months and 1 late payments last reported on 3/2018 as "charged off".

I currently have a 618 credit score and recently opened a small personal loan to increase my score.

I make approx. 55k annually with my salary as well as 12k annually with millage reimbursements (can this count?).

What are my chances of qualifying for a mortgage in July of 2019?

FHA or USDA?

ARM?

You will definitely qualify for FHA Loans via manual underwriting after you have made 12 timely payments. What state are you buying? Can you please email me at gcho@loancabin.com.
