Feb of 2019 I will have completed my 12th month of Chapter 13 repayment plan (no missed or late payments)
I have proof of rent pay for the last 2 years. I have had the same employment for 2+years.
I have no registered late payments on my transunion report within the last 24 months and 1 late payments last reported on 3/2018 as "charged off".
I currently have a 618 credit score and recently opened a small personal loan to increase my score.
I make approx. 55k annually with my salary as well as 12k annually with millage reimbursements (can this count?).
What are my chances of qualifying for a mortgage in July of 2019?
FHA or USDA?
